Mr John Francis

Like all professional horse establishments, there is a set routine for every detail. The horses are all treated like royalty which means they are stabled of a night, have their own turnout paddocks, rugs on and off, steamed hay and specific diets. So to go on vacation is a major task and we needed a reliable, experienced, professional person we could trust to maintain the property and care for the animals as we would expect.

Then we found Shirley-ann.
Shirley-ann takes her house/animal sitting role extremely seriously and ensures every aspect is covered according to the brief of the owner. Nothing was too much of task for her.

Not only is she professional in how she conducts her business but importantly she also has a very strong affection for all the animals. They all love her. She provided me with daily updates and was quickly available by phone if I needed to contact her on any matter. If unsure about anything or noticed a change in behaviour in an animal, she would contact me.
