Placing your pets and companion animals in the care of a pet sitter can be a leap of faith.  Will they settle with someone new?  Will they enjoy their normal routine?  What if something goes wrong; can I even trust this person?

This list of doubts can be all consuming because entrusting the care of your pets to a person you don’t know is much the same as putting your child in to the care of an unknown childminder.

This is the view I took when in 2017 I became a dedicated pet sitter; for me the whole pet sitting experience has to work three ways.

My pet sitting service covers the whole of France and beyond and as you would expect I am a fully registered and professionally insured business and take my role very seriously.  When I commit to sitting I draw up a written contract with you that will guarantee your reserved dates once you have paid the 30% non refundable deposit. I am there during the sit for 24 hours a day for the sole benefit of your pets.  It is so much more than just ‘walking and feeding the dog’, it is about getting to know them, meeting their individual needs and observing behaviour and surroundings  to ensure everyone is safe and well.

I have a broad range of skills and experience that allow me to accommodate more specialist sits should this be required. This can mean care and companionship for pets with particular health issues, prescribed medication, emotional or physical challenges or simply being there to spend time with a much loved, aged friend. I am certified to handle category 1 and 2 dogs. Additionally I can offer sitting for a more diverse range of animals which could be a multi species household, expectant dogs and cats or indoor only pets. Everyone has different requirements so I am more than happy to discuss your bespoke pet care package.

Finally, the best and most satisfying result is that your pets recognise me and are excited to see me the next time you book a sit. That way I know you are happy and they are happy.
