Tariffs
Live-in Horse and Pet Care
Daily tariff.
All sits are priced individually on a bespoke basis.
Starting at €75,00 for household domestic pets.
Equines including donkeys and other livestock will be priced individually on the basis of the yards requirements, number of equines/others cared for and care package requested.
Prices are subject to change with no less than six months notice.
Live in Home groom service costs on request.
Christmas & New Year holiday season – Availability and daily rates on request.
Any tasks, animal care & welfare needs including all livery work not requested, discussed or agreed prior to the sit or on original care contract will be added and incur additional costs. This includes any PRE-ARRANGED or NON-URGENT visit or scheduled rdv from the Farrier, Vet, Dentist, Osteo, holistic treatment or any other horse and pet service or specialist. Additional costs will be charged accordingly.
Any pets and livestock not included on the original care agreement contract will be added to the contract and incur additional care costs.
Care for Category 1 and 2 dogs will be costed on an individual basis after an assessment meeting.
Deposit requirement.
All reserved dates require a 30% deposit, under no circumstances are deposits refundable or rolled over to a new or existing booking. The deposit secures your dates and confirms your booking and a receipt will always be provided for this.
Travel costs.
All sits will incur travel and fuel costs.
All péage costs are charged.
Any long distance travel of more than 2 hours will be calculated at the long distance rate.
Additional costs.
Any additional costs incurred during the sit, whether unforeseen or planned, ie Veterinary visit/care or emergency pet requirements, will be charged for. Receipts will always be provided.
Any sit ending on/after 7pm/19h French time in which my journey home is 2 hours or more will incur a cost of minimum 100.00€ PLUS your daily rate.
Any request for me to arrive the DAY PRIOR to your CONTRACTED start, will be charged at your full daily rate (if my schedule allows)
